At 15, my life changed overnight. I went from a typical teenager to struggling with relentless joint pain, extreme fatigue, and brain fog. I was sleeping over 12 hours a day, waking up exhausted, and losing weight rapidly. Anxiety and depression soon followed as I was ignored, labelled a “mystery” and withering away.

After too many doctors visits, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, IBS, Chronic Fatigue, AMPS, and POTS, and told I might not live past 28. That news ignited a fierce determination in me to find a way to beat the odds.

As a last ditch effort I went to a natural health practitioner who changed my life. I learned that my gut health was terrible; I was severely undernourished and my body was reacting to everything I ate. By addressing the root causes and restoring balance, I found myself walking again, energised and a whole new view on life.

Now, seven years into remission, I’m on a mission to help others find their path to wellness. You deserve to be heard and equipped with the resources to promote healing and balance within your body and treated more than a “mystery”.
